Dan Serot represents clients in areas of complex civil litigation, including real estate, construction, personal injury and general business litigation. A member of the firm's Business & Commercial Group, his practice includes representing individuals and businesses on issues such as formation, contract negotiation, employment agreements, intellectual property considerations for trademark filings, prosecution and defense, and general advise and counsel.

Dan's litigation experience includes working on high-exposure business disputes and construction and real estate disputes representing partnership interests, owners, developers, and contractors. He has also been involved in personal injury lawsuits, including the successful resolution of a multi-million dollar claim for a catastrophic motorcycle accident. 

As for business and commercial matters, Dan represents business clients through all facets of their business and legal needs and has also worked with a variety of real estate developers, construction companies, sporting good manufacturers/distributors, apparel companies, vehicle rental companies, and local financial institutions.

Dan is a member of the State Bar of California and The Bar Association of San Francisco.
