Ian Fuentecilla participates in all aspects of civil litigation with a focus on class actions and landlord/tenant matters.
Ian received his B.A. in Psychology from the University of California Davis in 2008, and his J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2011. While at GGU, Ian received the CALI Award for Academic Excellence in Employment Law, Constitutional Law, Judicial Externship and Criminal Procedure. During law school, Ian served as a judicial extern for the Hon. Russell D. Pulver at the United States Department of Labor, Office of Administrative Law Judges. He was a law-clerk at the Benicia City Attorney's Office. As an undergraduate, Ian was actively involved as a volunteer at Legal Services of Northern California, Yolo County where he assisted low-income clients with various legal matters.
Ian was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2011. He is licensed to practice in all courts in the State of California and the United States Federal District Court for the Northern District of California. He is a member of the Contra Costa County Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the California Young Lawyers Association.
