Richard G. Arneal

Richard G. Arneal is a seasoned trial lawyer who has been defending complex construction defect and environmental cases in State, Federal and  Tribal Courts throughout California for over 25 years.  Rick has appeared before the California Court of Appeals and tried construction defect and construction site accident cases for general contractors and subcontractors.  Rick’s extensive litigation experience often leads to him being personally selected by clients and/or insurance carriers to vigorously defend claims.  Because of his skill and knowledge, he has been selected as a Northern California Super Lawyer.

Rick is a construction litigation partner in the law firm of Van De Poel, Levy, Allen & Arneal LLP with offices located in Walnut Creek, San Francisco and Calabasas.
