Richard Arneal specializes in defending complex construction, bodily injury, and environmental cases, as well as analyzing and litigating coverage claims.  He has defended subcontractors in the California Court of Appeal, successfully arguing on the interpretation of express indemnity provisions, disqualification of experts and counsel, and issues related to claims barred by the statute of limitations. 

As a trial lawyer, Richard is one of a select number of attorneys to defend a subcontractor in a mold bodily injury case.  Other trial experience includes construction defect claims as well as major construction site accident cases.
