Dave Beeby is an experienced litigator with a reputation for aggressive representation and strong trial advocacy.  He has successfully represented and defended many clients in the arenas of construction defect litigation, general business litigation, personal injury, products liability, professional malpractice, real estate and land use, and toxic tort.  He has tried cases to jury verdict and participated in hundreds of mediations and arbitrations.

Dave is a member of the State Bar of California, the United States District Court (Northern District of California), the Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, and the Contra Costa County Bar Association.
