Elizabeth Kelly Meyers represents clients in all facets of construction defect litigation, landlord-tenant disputes, premises liability, real property litigation and civil personal injury matters. Elizabeth has substantial experience assisting developers, design professionals and contractors in construction matters. Her expertise includes advising clients in all phases of disputes, including preventative counseling and alternative dispute resolution procedures such as mediation and arbitration hearings. She also has experience representing technology companies in intellectual property licensing, corporation formation and business contracts.
Elizabeth has litigation and jury trial experience in a variety of practice areas, including real estate, landlord-tenant, employment, and personal injury including multi-plaintiff product defect litigation.
During law school, Elizabeth served as a full time extern to the Honorable Robert E. Jones of the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon, Elizabeth was also one of the founders and a Submissions Editor of the Oregon Intellectual Property Newsletter, a joint venture with the Intellectual Property Section of the Oregon State Bar.
Elizabeth is admitted to practice law in the states of California, Oregon and Nevada and is a member of DRI, Hispanic Bar Association, and the San Francisco Queen's Bench.
