Karin L. Landry focuses her practice today in construction defect litigation, working on behalf of developers, general contractors, and subcontractors from initial inception to trial.  Her unique talents in both the business and construction industry has lead her to the forefront of the legal community and made her an expert in the interpretation of construction contracts and indemnity provisions.

As a visiting student at Villanova University's School of Law, Karin gained insight into the fields of Business Law, Tax, and Estate Planning before returning to California's Golden Gate University to obtain her Juris Doctor.  She returned to Pennsylvania to open her own practice in Business and Estate Planning, returning to California a few years later to work for an insurance defense firm in Walnut Creek.  She has also worked for various State and Federal agencies including the California Public Utilities Commission and NASA.

Karin is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and California, as well as the Eastern and Northern District of California and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
