Founding Partner David Levy is experienced in all areas of litigation and trial work, including construction-defect and payment claims, insurance recovery, personal injury defense, professional liability (including architects and engineers), general liability, risk management and business torts.

David founded the firm in 2001 with Jay Van De Poel, Jr., with whom he had previously worked in the Walnut Creek office of Dale, Braden, and Hinchcliffe.

He is a member of the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association, the Contra Costa County Bar Association, and the Contra Costa County Barristers Association. He is also a former member of the Barristers Board of Directors.
