David V. Pipal participates in all aspects of civil litigation, primarily focusing on Personal Injury, Property Casualty, Easement Disputes, and Construction Defect Claims.
Born in the central coast town of Hollister, California, David left the west coast after high school to attend Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. After graduating he returned to California and began a career in the high-tech industry. He spent the next five years managing integration projects at Apple Computer and Palm before deciding to attend law school.
During law school David served as an editor on the Santa Clara Law Review and during his final two years of law school he clerked at the law firm of Paxton-O'Brien where he gained experience litigating Employment Wage-Loss Claims and Easement Disputes.
David is admitted to practice in all California state courts, and is a member of the American Bar Association and the Contra Costa County Bar Association.
