11.08.06 - On October 25, 2006 Van De Poel & Levy attorney Larisa A. Kiremidjian successfully argued and won a Motion for Summary Judgment on behalf of our client Dollar Rent a Car in the case State Farm v. Glynn. et al.  The court held that Dollar Rent A Car is not liable under VC 17150 -- ownership liability -- for negligence of privately insured renter.
