Dan Serot represents clients in areas of complex civil litigation, including real estate, construction, personal injury and general business litigation. A member of the firm's Business &Commercial Group, his practice includes representing individuals and businesses on issues such as formation, contract negotiation, employment agreements and intellectual property considerations for trademark filings, prosecution and defense.

Dan's litigation experience includes working on high-exposure construction and real estate disputes representing owners, developers, general and sub-contractors regarding all phases of construction. He has been involved in personal injury lawsuits, including the successful resolution of a multi-million dollar claim for a catastrophic motorcycle accident. 

As for business and commercial matters, Dan has represented small- and medium-size business clients through all facets of their business and legal needs and has also worked with a variety of Internet start-up companies, sporting good manufacturers/distributors, vehicle rental companies and real estate developers.

Dan is a member of the State Bar of California and The Bar Association of San Francisco.
