Jeff is experienced in all areas of litigation and trial work, including Personal Injury, Business, Products Liability, Professional Negligence, Employment and related Civil Rights Litigation. He also serves as local counsel for national retail and transportation companies on a variety of litigation issues, and serves as a private and court-appointed arbitrator.
Noteworthy among Jeff's cases is his defense of a concrete manufacturer in a multi-million dollar personal injury suit (which returned a verdict for the defense), and his representation of a university professor in a federal employment suit (which earned reinstatement and back pay).
In addition, Jeff has successfully handled cases involving brain injury, complex regional pain syndrome or reflex sympathetic dystrophy, and paralysis (quadriplegia and paraplegia). He has represented a wide variety of clients in employment suits involving harassment, discrimination and retaliation.
A highly sought-after public speaker, Jeff frequently lectures to claims and risk management associations and private corporations on topics such as litigation strategies and management, sexual harassment, and discrimination training.
