Marilou R. Bustonera has over 13 years of litigation experience with an extensive background in personal injury defense, products liability, construction defect, and toxic tort-related matters. Her vast amount of experience in the participation of mediations, settlement conferences, binding arbitrations, and trial has led her to a supervisory role in acting as a mentor to younger attorneys. She also serves on the East Bay Claims Association Board as a legal advisor.

Marilou is admitted to practice in all courts within the State of California, U.S. District Court for the Northern and Eastern Districts and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal.

While she is not practicing law, Marilou enjoys spending her spare time with her two children, Kailee and Zachary, husband Joe, and French bulldog named Rocky.
