Ellie Lank is an associate at Van De Poel, Levy, Thomas, Arneal LLP. Ms. Lank has over ten years of civil litigation experience including jury and bench trial experiences. Ms. Lank has taken and defended numerous lay and expert witness depositions. She has successfully drafted and argued various motions, such as motions for summary judgment in state and federal courts. She also has extensive experience in administrative law and has represented hundreds of clients at administrative proceedings. Prior to joining VLTA, Ellie represented clients in contract disputes, construction defect, employment law, wrongful death, and landlord tenant litigation. Moreover, Ms. Lank has experience advising Fortune 500 companies on their state and local taxation.

Ms. Lank obtained her B.A. from the University of Michigan in 2005 and her J.D. from Western Michigan Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2008

Ms. Lank is a member of the State Bar of California and the District of Columbia. She is licensed to practice law in all courts within the State of California as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Central Districts of California. She is also licensed to practice in DC Court of Appeals and the Superior Court of DC. Ms. Lank is a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco and Alameda County Bar Association..
