Benjamin (Ben) Yeung joined the firm in 2010 as a certified litigation paralegal. Prior to joining the firm, Ben gained experience in the legal field working as a legal clerk in Las Vegas, NV which was the catalyst for pursuing his career in law. He went on to obtain his Paralegal Certificate from the University of California, Berkeley.

Ben has participated in numerous trials throughout his career and his experience offers cutting edge litigation and trial support to the firm’s clients. With his extensive experience and knowledge, he leads both the firm’s paralegal team and technology advances to support the firm’s clients and attorneys in all aspects of litigation, from initial fact investigation through trial.

Ben also serves as the firm’s Chief Information Officer. Having watched the ever-changing landscape for over a decade, Ben has developed the skills needed to master the field of eDiscovery. Ben has a keen sense of ability to identify potential areas of advancement and he utilizes these opportunities to focus on driving efficiency and effectiveness by leveraging technology and processes. His work as the CIO directly transfers to how the firm develops litigation readiness systems and risk management controls to better serve the firm’s clients, contributing to the firm’s success in legal services.

Outside of the firm, Ben values spending quality time with his wife and two young children. He also enjoys cooking, fishing, and exploring the outdoors.
