Elisabeth (Beth) Morris is a litigation attorney whose practice focuses on real property, corporate, construction, general liability disputes and risk management. Her legal career has primarily focused on representing small businesses, start-up companies and large multinational corporations, with a growing emphasis counseling individuals through trust and estate litigation.

Beth represents clients in a variety of industries, including product manufacturing, retail, financial services, construction, real estate, and technology. Beth’s career has been varied, formerly working in the technology sector for venture-backed startups, emerging technologies, and global cybersecurity companies in dual-capacity roles as in-house legal counsel and director of strategic partnerships. Early in her career, she was a lobbyist for a leading multinational telecommunications and technology company.

Beth practices in both Northern and Southern California.
