Janine is a proud alumna of the University of California, Davis, where she earned bachelor of arts degrees in English and Sociology, with a minor in Asian American Studies. A Bay Area native, Janine enjoys spending her free time reading fiction, catching up on TV shows, and supporting her son in his various after-school activities while her husband serves in the US Air Force.
