Patricia has defended clients for more than 29 years in actions involving construction defects, premises liability, products liability, and property casualty. Her expertise in law and motion and appeals have contributed to many successful case outcomes, including the dismissal of her developer client at an appellate mediation following the trial of a 400 home class action involving the failure to disclose an earthquake fault trace. She also successfully argued for the extension of the “assumption of the risk” defense to a slip and fall incident at the San Francisco Pride Parade and obtained a dismissal of the landlord in a $2 Million Dollar commercial premises liability case in which the security gate to the parking garage was not working and a jewelry store was robbed.

Patricia is licensed to practice before all the courts in California and in the United States District Court for the Eastern and Central Districts of California

Patricia also served as a Judge Pro Tem for South Lake Tahoe.
